RESEARCH ANALYST PROGRAM

The Program

Analysts in our program will have an opportunity to work on one of our fundamental research teams; Macro, Retail, Gaming/Lodging/Leisure, Restaurants/Consumer Staples/Cannabis, Financials/Housing, Healthcare, Industrials/Materials, Energy, Technology or Communications. The job is focused around completing detailed research projects that will meaningfully add to Hedgeye’s research product. Analysts will gain direct exposure to - and become part of - a detailed Macro and company specific research process that shapes our various products for all of our industry verticals.

Our goal is to integrate our analysts into our research process, and foster the development and improvement in analytical and critical thinking skills.

What to Expect

Over the course of 1 year you will have an opportunity to work on one or two different sector teams. The Research Analyst Program will provide you development in areas of financial modeling, fundamental analysis and industry insight. Work will be very data intensive, and strong Excel skills are a must. The best candidates will show excellent initiative, and know what it means to play on a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are critical.
